@Carfreak1177 I would guarantee that ALL car companies impact test them, not just Saab.
He said car companys dont compare there crash ratings?? Saab does I know for a fact they do there own crash tests before the car is released to the public.
oh bull shit you dont have the money u wanna live in the car ur testing stupid fuck
They could recall the Exploder and Danger for that, on top of the long list recalls they already have.
@Zyndleguy i have a 1995 Explorer and a 2007 Tundra totaled itself on my back left fender, just used a dent puller to remove the dent..
I drive a 1996 Jeep Cherokee and have been in a driverside head-on collision with an 2006 Ford Explorer going 35 MPH. My Jeep totaled the Explorer. I have been able to repair my Jeep. This report doesn’t ring true to me, even though these are official tests. Jeep is a good car brand.
@tuberrifico Remind yourself to drive a 4runner! Not a Blazer!
@ChrisBennett18 these are purchased off of dealer lots, so they are already released.
@CorvetteKoRn2 helll yeeaaaaaaaahhhhh, lol xD
@brizzlefizzle 4:32 ftw!
@bajabusta And this test is a harder test. It’s a bit like college for cars
glad we got a 4runner
Now how would you sell it THEN do the crash test!?
@TheStupidTrio keep in mind the fact that the seatbelts are attached to the frame of the car, not the seats. If a dummy was in the back seat, it would be relatively ok because the seatbelt would hold back the dummy and the seat.
Did you see the backseat at 3:49? OMG, a child woud be dead!
3:32 woah the blazer looks horrible
@frumpytuin that’s an isuzu rodeo/honda passport, but anyways the chevy blazer had an awful rating…
look at the blazer at 0:29. holy crap
Actually it’s not solid, it’s a deformable barrier and is designed to replicate the effects of an impact into a vehicle of similar size and weight. BTW, the IIHS is now conducting some tests of vehicles of different sizes by the same automaker. EX: Camry into Yaris. The new results are very eye-opening just as these were 15 years ago. The new tests are a great example of how the IIHS reformed vehicle safety as they’ve now moved onto to other things because vehicles perform well in the offset.
@ChrisBennett18 no they only do a full front crash to see if the safety systems work
para cuando otro de pruebas de chiques?
thats 1996, before ford bought volvo you can clearly see that because the explorer don“t makes a good test.
OMG 3.46
wow
I know right? how often do you run into a solid wall?!
