How to remove rear bumper for 1998 toyota corolla?

I need to remove a rear bumper from a 1998 toyota corolla and push out a dent. Any suggestions for removing the rear bumper and pushing out the dent?

    put a rope round the bumper then round a lamp post,put the car in 1st gear,drop the clutch and hit the accelerator.
