How do I reattach the bumper and indicators to my Toyota Rav 4?

We have a 98 Toyota Rav 4 (5 door) and our bumper was taken off by a truck. We need to make a temporary repair, so it would be great if someone could advise as to how to get the bumper back on and rewire the indicators.

I need to remove a rear bumper from a 1998 toyota corolla and push out a dent. Any suggestions for removing the rear bumper and pushing out the dent?
