   got hammered by these guys the other day when i was heading home to the farm, they went through my iPod and found a couple Nickleback songs on there, they were from my little brothers computer! ended up with a $120 fine, not happy

    I don’t know where you got that idea. The external borders are tight but there is no need for internal borders. Some areas are quarantined against plant and stock disease outbreaks but they are not state borders.
